SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERING PROCESS:

Once you place your order, our team will begin processing it immediately. We aim to ship from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure quick delivery.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS: 

Due to our inventory distribution across various warehouses, your order might be fulfilled from multiple locations. If items in your order are stocked at different warehouses, you may receive separate packages. Don’t worry if your first package doesn’t include all the items you ordered—additional packages are on their way! You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:

To prevent overproduction and ensure quality, some items are made-to-order. For these products, please allow a processing time of 2 to 4 business days before shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We strive to ship from the nearest warehouse, with delivery typically taking 5 to 12 business days within the US.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking numbers. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the system, so don’t be alarmed if updates don't appear immediately.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can assist you in following up with the shipping service.
