CLAIMS FOR ISSUE

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims confirmed as errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a problem report immediately so we can assist you.
RETURN ADDRESS

All returns are sent to the Printful facility, which serves as our default return address.

When a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.
WRONG ADDRESS

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided by you or your customer, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once a new, correct address is confirmed.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility.

You will be responsible for the reshipment costs to yourself or your end customer.

If you don’t have a Printful account with a billing method, returned orders due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks.

Any returned orders containing these items will be disposed of and are not eligible for reshipping or refund.
RETURNS BY CUSTOMER

Please contact support@divinediscipline.com before returning any products.

Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Returns or exchanges for different sizes or products are at your expense and discretion.

If you choose to accept a return or exchange, you must place a new order for the desired product or size.
